To be honest i'd half stamp anything sky approves of..Though i'd like to see descriptions and stuff so i feel better approving of it.If you tell me the jutsu i might be able to think of a drawback as well

lol well I wouldn't approve anything without some level of understand myself kal xD I ain't that irresponsible... I mean once his RPC dies the he can be built as an admin RPC just for the fun of it o.o
