Bloodline History: Jouten koeheki is the bloodline limit of the Shouri clan. Nadegiri Shouri was the first person known who have opened this bloodline and its bloodline limit. Nadegiri made the Shouri clan to ally themselves with the Heaven village helping them stand up with the other villages (Earth, Star). When the first war erupted, Nadegiri fought a ninja with great jutsu including a forbidden jutsu that made him loose his physical strength including all his taijutsu. Although Nadegiri couldn’t use any of his taijutsu, which is a specialist in that art, he’s desperation to live and be more powerful than he is right then. When his opponent was about to hit him with the final blow, his opponent suddenly drop dead with Nadegiri only hearing words he hasn’t heard before. He then saw a white rat standing at a top of a rock looking straight at him. The rat then spoke to Nadegiri saying “kanawanutokinokamidanomi”. Nadegiri just looke at the white rat not knowing what was those words that the rat just said. The white rat that was looking at Nadegiri realizes that he didn’t know what he was saying laughed and jump at Nadegiri’s lap. He then blows something inside Nadegiri’s mouth making him understand what the white rat was saying. The two talked which looked like a long time for nadegiri but actually it only took an hour. Their talk consists of who was the white rat and about the new blood running through Nadegiri. When he returned to the heavens village, Nadegiri was made to look as a traitor so his army would ultimately follow the kage of the heavens army and he as the leader will have no say on how they will use the Shouri clan. Nadegiri was up against another foe that he couldn’t beat by himself which made him think that it wasn’t his power that was weak but he as a whole is just a weak person, this epiphany helped Nadegiri to better understand himself and his power opened up to him as if it was a book being absorbed by his brain. Nadegiri opened his bloodline to its limit and combined it with his own knowledge opening up the bloodline limit “Okyuuwosueru” which means to put the fear of God into. He manage to escape the heavens village with a fourth of his clan and took disperse all of them so that no village can use them again. He bestowed people closest to him with his bloodline which made him gave up his voice and all his jutsu. The shouri clan vanished from the list of ninja in the coming time and their bloodline was never studied or written in the books of any village making it a very unique or more of a legendary bloodline but contrary to popular belief many of the Shorui clan use it and for the Shouri clan its not nearly as rare as people would think. The Shouri clan is now in many parts of the world and even they don’t know who part of their clan is since some of their clanmates has changed their last name so that villages who might remember Nadegiri will never find them.
Jouten koeheki Activation: Voice activated with their voice changing like a heavenly person’s voice.
Jouten koehiki Weakness: Ninja’s with this bloodline will have all their melee damage decreased by half and their training of any taijutsu or weapon would take double the time needed. This bloodline can’t be passed down by blood only by giving it away to one person just like what Nadegiri Shouri did but if someone did this ritual then that someone will lose his voice and all his jutsu. Only select few can use the bloodline jutsu without the use of a territory [activating Okyuuwosueru].
Jouten koehiki Strength: Ninja with these bloodline will have their knowledge of the genjutsu raise [Learning genjutsu would only take half the time needed] Ninjutsu can be learned with only a fourth earlier of the time needed. Bloodline user will be immune to sound techniques as it cannot over powered this bloodline unless the sound jutsu is a bloodline jutsu.
Appearance:Mattaki has long black silky hair that goes down to the top of his shoulder blades. Paralleled with his deep blue colored eyes, Mattaki makes up a pretty unique individual. His build is athletic but not overly muscular. .He is always seen with his Long Sleeved Dark Blue Cloak with a Black Zigzag pattern about it. Under his cloak is a solid Black Long Sleeve shirt, with a white undershirt. He wears loose fitting, almost baggy Black short Pants with almost the same black pattern, even though you don't always see it because of his cloak.
Personality:Mattaki has a very distinctive personality, he tends to think of himself in ways others wouldn’t. Mattaki is very self-conserves of his abilities and what he is capable of, he tries not to let others down unless he was let down of them first. Mattaki is very sensitive most of the time and thinks that if he has done anything wrong the blame is on him and he also tends to take blame for others actions as well. Mattaki besides being sensitive is also very outgoing, he loves to explore in search of new things, and learning more of the world, these things seem to intrigue Mattaki as such. Mattaki is very courageously outgoing, Mattaki never backs down from any type of challenge which succeeds from rock-paper-scissors to a full blown fight, his prides seems to get him in trouble but this doesn’t seem to bother him what so much. He usually is a kind person but deep inside his a very ambitious person and he really hates to lose although he doesn’t show it much. He always holds a grudge to people who beat him and tries his best to beat them 100 folds back. He can change his personality too so he can make others think that his best for them. No one can seem to see through his mask though. Mattaki tends to think more on the obvious sides of things instead of the more logical towards others but underneath things Mattaki is very intelligent and is very strategic as well.

Effect: Suggest a situation or a feeling to the opponent.
Special: Will make the opponent feel what the user have just said to him. (eg: Your kunai is really heavy isn’t it? Then the opponent will suddenly feel his kunai getting heavier by the second he hears the voice of the user.)
Drawback: Cannot use this jutsu until the territory has been set up and will not affect those people who can’t hear anything.
Description: The user speaks a suggestive sentence to the opponent in a very clear manner.
Limit: The user cannot suggest anything that will make the opponent kill himself or kill anyone else for that matter.

Effect: Travels in the speed of sound up to 1km inside the territory instantly.
Special: Dodge any attack done to the user. User can travel back and forth in one turn but if he use this effect the user cannot attack that turn.
Drawback: 2 post recharge before the user can use this jutsu again.
Description: The user moves with the speed of sound instantly.
Limit: Can only be used inside the territory.

Effect: Create a territorial boundary for the shouri to fight within.

Drawback: NA
Description: User performs an incomplete hand seal. After 5 turns per opponent the final seal will be done and the territory is complete. The territory size is originally 5 miles radius and the user can make it even wider and bigger just by adding one chakra point per 2 mile radius. The center of the territory is where the user place is when he activates this jutsu.
Limit: Wait until the nth turn to activate.
Mimiuchi no eiminRank: "S"
Type: Bloodline jutsu
Skill: Genjutsu Offensive
Effect: Makes a part of the opponents body implode.
Special: If the body part is the hand, arm, shoulder then the opponents will need a two post charge to make a hand seal, if it is the feet, legs, thigh then the opponent speed is halved. Stun for one turn.
Drawback: Chakra consumption will be huge. The user must have a clear line of sight to the opponent.
Description: User says the word “haretsu” and the opponent will think that a part of his body (random) has exploded and the shear pain of having to feel a body part explode makes the opponent stop in his track.
Limit: Can’t be used outside the territory.

Background (is required to an extent):Childhood YearsTo be honest Mattaki do not even know that much about his own past. He does not remember where he came from or whatever happened to his family. He just figured that they were dead and that he was the only one left.
The last thing he remembers is waking up in the forest. He wondered around hopelessly not knowing anything anymore. That was untill that one special day. Just about the only day in his past that he can remember was when Skynet found him.
Luckly Skynet was the current kage at the time and was able to get him into the earth village. From there Skynet taught Mattaki about the ninja world and what it’s like to be a ninja.
Mattaki, while living with Skynet, saw how the earth village was being run and being pressured by different villages. He saw how much the kage wanted to protect his village and why he wanted to protect it. Mattaki even experienced the feeling of being weak and dependent to the ninjas when the war started.. It was then that he enrolled himself into the academy.
